  • Caroline H. Schiff, LCSW

    OWNER / CLINICIAN

    Caroline has worked with people of all ages and backgrounds, with a niche in supporting adults and young adults living with ADHD, anxiety, eating disorders and body image/self esteem. She also enjoys working with couples and families who are seeking to understand one another, communicate more effectively, and find functional solutions to life’s challenges.

    Caroline studied Sociology and Business Management at Skidmore College. She received her Masters in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Connecticut and was recognized by the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) through a grant for working with Transitioning Youth at Risk. Prior to establishing her practice in Westport, Connecticut in 2019, Caroline worked in community mental health and hospital-based mental health settings.

    Caroline is licensed to practice by the state of Connecticut as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She is also licensed to practice in New York, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont and Florida. Caroline is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Caroline utilizes integrative approaches to support sustained eating disorder recovery and multi-pronged, specifically tailored functional approaches to optimize living with ADHD.

    Caroline is currently pursuing her doctorate at Sacred Heart University, studying the practical, pathological, and pedagogical intersections of eating disorders with marginalized populations.

  • Sasha Cabin, LCSW

    Sasha Cabin, LCSW

    CLINICIAN

    Experienced working with people of all ages and backgrounds, Sasha’s niche is in supporting adults and young adults living with anxiety, depression, grief and trauma. She also enjoys helping people improve their body image, increase their self esteem, and navigate difficult life transitions.

    Sasha studied Neuroscience and Psychology at Skidmore College. She received her Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Columbia University. Prior to joining the practice, Sasha has worked in research as well as community mental health and school-based mental health settings. 

    Sasha is licensed to practice by the state of Connecticut as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She is also licensed to practice in Massachusetts, Vermont, and Florida. She holds specialized certifications in: acupuncture for anxiety and detoxification (Acudetox Specialist) and gambling addiction (International Certified Gambling Counselor). She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
